Bob Brown wants your All Stars! Got cool pictures of your favorite local sports heros? Send them in and share them with other fans. AND, Sports Director Bob Brown will be picking the All Stars each week to show on Action 7 Sports!

You can also send in a brief home video of your all-star and it might show up on Action 7 News or KOAT.com!

You can shoot it on a video camera, a digital camera (in movie mode), a webcam, or even your cell phone. Just attach your video, any format, to an e-mail and send it to: viewervideo@koatvideo.com

Please make sure that you include the name of the person who shot the video and any people in the video.

And keep it short: Videos should be around 30 seconds, preferably under 10mb.

Also, please take a look at our agreement and make sure you are OK with it before you send the video.
